The innovative acid formulations offer maximum individuality in the treatment, thanks to the new, absolutely flexible Mix & Match concept.

Since every skin has its own needs, this concept offers the possibility to tailor the acid treatment exactly to the individual skin appearance.

Our treatment recipes developed for this purpose offer the perfect orientation to achieve a convincing and lasting result with a personalized composition of up to 3 different acids. However, all acids can also be used individually as desired.

We recommend an acid cure of 5 to 6 treatments at intervals of 10 – 14 days.

For new users: If you include professional acid treatments in your treatment offer, the implementation of acid treatments requires participation in an appropriate BIODROGA training.

The development of a spa treatment with the Mix & Match recipes serves as a non-binding suggestion. First and foremost is the analysis of the skin situation, the evaluation of the individual sensitivity and constant observation of the skin during the acid exposure time. When using the professional acids for the first time with a customer, it is advisable to slowly increase the intensity and exposure time in the course of the cure and to gradually get the skin used to the professional acid peeling.

Darker skin types react particularly intensively to acids. Therefore, here should first be treated with 20% acid at 1 minute exposure time. With tolerability, a maximum increase of up to 3 minutes can be made with 20% acidity. Dark skin types (Fitzpatrick scale 4 to 6) can react with local hyperpigmentation in highly concentrated acid peelings. Therefore, we recommend not to exceed a maximum concentration of 20%.

Impure skin: At the beginning of the acid cure, there may be an initial deterioration. Customers should be informed in advance.

The sensitivity of the skin to light is increased after an acid peeling.  For this reason, regardless of the season and sun exposure, the skin should be protected daily with at least sun protection factor 30 during the entire spa phase. We recommend using the High UV Protection Cream SPF 50.

Direct sun, solarium (suntan bed), extreme heat or cold must be avoided during and in the first days after the end of the treatment phase. During the spa treatment, no peeling should be used at home.
